I have just relocated from Scotland to the south of England. I have left behind all of my woolly pals and the network on which my woolly world depended. This means that I now must begin to think of ways of building a new southern woolly world. With weaving and spinning I work mainly on my own in my studio, meeting others at craft fairs or wool events. I’ve made the most of this quiet time at the start of a new year in a new place to build up new stock, weaving scarves and beginning to look for new stockists. My felted brooches and woven scarves have found a home at Handmade Happiness in Petersfield, where I have been made very welcome.
